Chapter 10 : Jane Goes to London
In this chapter I will introduce Mrs. Gardiner who, proves to be Elizabeth’s most sensitive relative. She had alleviated Elizabeth's sadness about Mr. Bingley. But in the contrast, Mr. Bennet seems to have no real understanding of when his children even need help. He prefers withdrawing into the peace of his library to coping with the problems facing his family. As a result, the reader sees Mr. Bennet as a sympathetic character in many ways, because of the burdens that he bears.
